TONY - GAS SAFE & OFTEC REGISTERED ENGINEER

Tony Wilkinson - chief heating engineer Bicester and Aylesbury

Tony has been working in the gas industry since 1981 when he joined British Gas as an apprentice and he started Anthony's Servicing in 1990. 


Tony worked alongside many apprentices, sharing his knowledge until his sons, Mark and Ben, joined him in 2009 to learn the family trade. 


Tony is Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, with expertise in all natural gas, LPG and oil appliances.


MARK - GAS SAFE REGISTERED ENGINEER

Mark Wilkinson, Heating engineer, Bicester and Aylesbury

Mark joined the business in 2009. He completed his NVQ level 2 plumbing qualification at Aylesbury College and became Gas Safe registered in 2013 


Working with his Dad, Mark gained a wealth of experience under Tony's watchful eye. 


He is a Gas Safe registered, knowledgeable and practical engineer with more than 10 years experience in the gas and heating industry.


BEN - GAS SAFE REGISTERED ENGINEER

Ben joined the company in 2009 after completing his GCSEs at Waddesdon School. 


He became a gas safe registered engineer in 2018 after gaining valuable experience within the business, working on a variety of different jobs alongside the rest of the family. 


He is a competent engineer, always friendly, happy to help and will go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed correctly.


EMMA - CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & OFFICE MANAGER

Emma, Customer relations manager

Emma joined the team in 2013 as Customer Relationship and Office Manager. Emma responds to all queries, schedules the home visits, organises the invoicing and generally keeps the boys in line. 


Emma has worked in customer services for many years and is always available to answer any questions or enquiries promptly and efficiently.


LUKE - GAS SAFE REGISTERED ENGINEER

Luke joined our team in 2023 during his final year of college and is now a fully qualified Gas Safe engineer. He completed his training with us, continuously upskilling along the way.


Trained in-house, Luke delivers the same high standard of service you’ve come to expect from anyone in our family business.


He is conscientious, personable, and always willing to go above and beyond for our customers. Luke has a broad knowledge of both oil and gas appliances and is committed to ongoing professional development.


DONNA - CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS

Donna has worked in customer service for many years and, while raising a young family, supports us part-time by assisting Emma in the main office.


She’s incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to help our clients over the phone or by email. Donna is often the person you’ll speak to when booking in your upcoming service or maintenance visit.
